Given a point, evaluates its exact value.

For example, for a point using CGAL::Lazy_exact<CGAL::Eaxct_rational>, this consists of computing its rational coordinates. A subsequent call to ConstructRoundedPoint_2 or ComputeSquaredRoundBound_2 will then use a higher precision.
